Refund And Cancellation Policy

At Aiko Kids, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns And Refunds

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at info@aikokids.in within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. We will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin -codes). We have two options for processing such returns :-

  • Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Aiko Account ' . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Store credit once issued canot be refunded back in Bank/Card/Wallet etc.
  • Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 100/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account. We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank,Branch to process the refund.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
  • Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to Aiko Kids office at her/his own risks, costs & responisbility within 7 days of receipt of the product. The product needs to be shipped to: Aiko Kids, Number 39, Ground Floor, GR Layout, Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru- 560035.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason(due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company's mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact Aiko Kids to arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to contact us timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for exchange/return request. Return requests will only be entertained if the customer has accepted only untempered package.

Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or store credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Aiko Kids will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.

 

Damages and Issues: 

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it thoroughly. Should you find any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item, we urge you to contact us without delay. This will enable us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as innerwear (briefs/vests), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please reach out to us.

Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exchanges

To expedite the process of receiving the desired item, we recommend returning the current item for a refund. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that exchanges are limited to one occurrence and are subject to size availability.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Shipping

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  • The delivery timeframe for any product may extend up to 30 days, but we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that all delivery estimates provided by Aiko are approximate and are of indicative nature only.
  • Exceeding the delivery time does not give any rights for compensation by Aiko or order cancellation.

  •  Fabric: Some products have digital printing on fabric on which slight variation might occur in different parts or patches. This is a general property of the fabric which cannot be controlled.
  • Colour: Display of colours on varied monitors and screens can differ depending on factors like resolution and others. Efforts have been made to showcase colours as accurately as possible but it can vary on different devices and screens.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
